“Three things in human life are important: the first is to be kind; the second is to be kind; and the third is to be kind.” -Henry James
The word kindness is associated with warmth, humility and consideration. In honor of World Kindness Day, we challenge you to be kind
on purpose. Established in 1998, World Kindness day, promotes kindness throughout the globe.

This is a day to reflect and think about what kindness means to you and your community. The year 2020 has been a year filled with uncertainty. However, small acts of kindness and consideration for others have helped us stay strong.
We have rallied together to make the best of this pandemic. Today, you can still be of help to your community.
Here are a few ways that you can show support to your local area.
- Pay for the person behind you in line.
- Volunteer for a cause
- Donate to a local charity
- Call a loved one and let them know how much you appreciate them
- Hold the door open for someone
- Give food to the homeless community
- Leave a big tip the next time you’re at restaurant
- Shop locally
- Most importantly, be kind to yourself!
